Veronica Holguin – Client Experience Coordinator & Executive Assistant

Veronica L. Holguin serves as the Client Experience Coordinator and Executive Assistant to the President at Design Health. In this role, she supports enrollment appointments and is dedicated to creating an exceptional and memorable experience for every guest who interacts with our organization.

Veronica earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Western New Mexico University. She brings more than 25 years of hospitality experience in various departments, having built a successful career with Marriott International from 2000 to 2025. Veronica joined the Design Health team in the summer of 2026 and also supports the Wealth division of our firm.

Known for her warm personality and customer-focused approach, Veronica fully embraces the Design Health culture. Whether connecting with clients by phone or welcoming them in person, she strives to make every interaction positive, personal, and unique. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and looks forward to connecting with each and every member of our community.

Outside of work, Veronica enjoys spending time with family in New Mexico and Arizona, volunteering in her community, and caring for animals, especially dogs. She also loves exploring the outdoors, swimming, taking scenic drives, and admiring the beauty of autumn foliage. Veronica has a natural gift for forming lifelong friendships and is driven by a desire to make a positive impact wherever she goes.
