Drawing from 18 years of leadership experience with a Top 5 global orthopedic medical device company—where he led teams across the United States to ensure surgeons had access to innovative products that improved patients’ lives—Matt developed a deep understanding of healthcare systems, costs, and the importance of practical, high-impact solutions. He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Quincy University. Passionate about technology and innovation, Matt leverages AI tools and data-driven insights to analyze each client’s unique situation and design optimal benefits strategies.

Matt specializes in group employee benefits, including fully insured, level funded, self-funded, and unbundled plans. He helps employers of all sizes—from small and mid-market businesses to those operating nationally—control costs, improve employee satisfaction and retention, ensure compliance, and create benefits programs that truly support their workforce and bottom line. Matt resides in Colorado with his wife Becky and step-daughter. He loves to travel, scuba dive, play golf & pickleball, and the many other outdoor activities Colorado provides.
